How to get there:
By train from central Paris: Take regional train RER A4 to Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy. Disneyland® Paris is located approx. 5 minutes walk from the Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy station.
By car from central Paris: Head towards Porte de Bercy in the east of Paris. Follow motorway A4 in the direction of Metz/Nancy. Take Exit 14 and follow the signs to Disneyland Paris.

Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical that you do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Please note: Tickets will only be issued on presentation of vouchers.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please present your voucher(s) at one of the Park entrance ticket desks. Photo ID is required at time of redemption. Your voucher may be confiscated if signature or photo ID does not match bearer. This voucher is valid for use six months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at any time during that period. One voucher per person, per ticket.
Terms and conditions
Transportation to and from Disneyland® Paris and parking fees are not included in the listed ticket price. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For your safety, height restrictions apply on certain attractions. Certain rides are not recommended for expectant mothers, people with heart conditions, spinal problems, or neck braces, or visitors with reduced mobility. Please observe the information given at the attraction entrances. Admission to special events, such as the Disney Halloween party, is not included in the listed ticket price. Access to the shooting gallery in Frontierland and the video games arcade in Discoveryland is not included in the listed price. You may exit and re-enter the Park(s) as many times as you wish during the tickets validity, but please ensure to stamp your hand upon exiting the Park, to enable re-entry. Admission to Park(s) is subject to Park capacity.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of this Activity are allowed. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
